Cardi B, real name – Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, was born on October 11, 1992, in The Bronx borough of New York City. She is a Grammy Award-winning American rapper, social media personality and former reality star. She became famous after several of her posts and videos went viral on Instagram and Vine. Cardi B appeared on VH1's reality show Love & Hip Hop: New York, but soon left to pursue her musical career. She has earned three number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100. Besides, Cardi B has won a Grammy Award, three MTV Video Music Awards, three American Music Awards and two Guinness World Records, as well as seven Billboard Music Awards and nine BET Hip Hop Awards – more than any other female rapper.
