I had an appointment with Dr Bashoura today at 11:30 AM. I arrived early, checked in and took a seat. I waited for more than an hour to be called back. I was never called. I told the receptionist I was leaving because of the unreasonable wait. She gave no explanation and no apology. Doctors are adamant about patients showing up on time and not canceling appointments. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Unreasonable delays without explanation or apologies are not acceptable. Patients deserve the same respect from the doctor that the doctors expect from the patients.
